What is our exchange / return policy?
Our number ONE priority is customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, feel free to request for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 20 days of the order date. Returns and exchanges without a RMA number will not be honored. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Please include a copy of the order's packing slip or invoice with the item(s) circled along with the RMA number confirmation. Refund will include item amount plus tax if applicable only.
If an incorrect or defective item was shipped, please request for an RMA number within 20 days and the original shipping charges of the incorrect or defective item will also be refunded. In addition, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge.
Exchanges can be made following the returns instructions above. After the return is complete, simply order the new item through our online store.
To ensure the return arrives, we recommend to insure the package as doubleHelix is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice?
A copy of your invoice can be found in your account.
What type of payment do you accept?
In addition to paypal, we also accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders are processed through paypal (a paypal account is not required) because we put customers first, and paypal's 128-bit security encryption allows peace of mind when purchasing from doubleHELIX.
Where can I find the sizing chart?
Please be advised that our shirts are slim-fit. If you are in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger. The sizing chart can be found here.
What are the recommended washing instructions?
We recommended machine wash cold, and if using a dryer, tumble dry low. We do not recommend using bleach.
Do you ship outside the U.S.A.?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. Please check back often for updates or contact us for special arrangements.
